Services

Now Accepting Clients

I am accepting new clients for telehealth. Please reach out via the contact page to schedule a free, 15-minute phone or video consultation call, where we can discuss what you are looking for, the therapy process, and see if we are a good fit!

Services and Rates

All sessions are telehealth and conducted via HIPAA-compliant video conferencing through Simple Practice. Initial intake sessions last 60 minutes and full fee is $160. Individual sessions afterwards are 53 minutes and full fee is $140. I can also provide support with ESA letters, Documentation of Disability, and coordination of care with doctors, teachers, social workers, and other providers. Additional rates may apply for these services depending on your insurance coverage. I accept all major debit and credit cards via the client portal.

Insurance

In-network provider for: Premera Blue Cross, Kaiser, Regence, and First Choice. Please contact your insurance company to verify your individual fee, deductible, and copay.

Cancellation Policy

I empathize with my clients who struggle with executive dysfunction; the impacts of being late or forgetting appointments can be embarrassing, shameful, and costly. I offer a more lenient policy than other providers because of the needs of my clients.

Appointments must be cancelled on the day prior to the appointment, or earlier. Please contact me via email or the client portal with a request to cancel or reschedule. No-show appointments are charged the full session rate.

Confidentiality

I do not disclose information about my work with patients, except when required by state or federal law. I will not disclose any other information about my clients without the written consent of the patient. In Washington State, medical consent in regards to mental health services begins at age 13. This means that adolescent clients can request or refuse services, and make decisions about who has access to their records. UW Medicine has a great breakdown of medical privacy for teens at this site, and feel free to reach out to me for specific questions about how this applies to your own or your child’s care.
